The lodge is only a 5 minute walk to the coastal path that leads along the beach and to the quaint village of Mundesley itself. Don't worry about the amount of time you can enjoy this lodge for as all our properties come with a full 100 year licence.

As you walk through the main entrance you have storage cupboards to the right, kitchen directly in front and the lounge/dining rooms to the left. The lounge itself has free standing sofas and a feature blow air fire place. Also there are French window doors that lead directly on to the veranda, wonderful to keep open in the summer and let the sea breeze flow through the whole lodge. The dining room again has freestanding dining room table and chairs. The kitchen has its own breakfast bar with bar stools, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven and grill. Everything is being left in the lodge so it is literally ready to go.

At the rear of the lodge you have your master bedroom with double bed, en suite and walk in wardrobe. The family bathroom is just down the hallway with bath shower, toilet and basin. The spare bedroom also has another double bed and ample storage.

You can use the lodge purely for yourselves or we can rent it out for you when you aren't using is to help cover the annual bills. The next option is to join our investment plan where you will earn 6% of the selling price per year for up to 10 years, you pay no site fees, no gas and no electric and can stay here for 5 weeks holiday per year.

When purchasing a holiday lodge you pay no stamp duty, no solicitors fees, no council tax and no estate agent fees!!
