




Sea View 1 The Prestige Hampton 45/22 2 bedrooms is a top of the range pre-loved holiday lodge and to reflect this fantastic lodge it is on one of the best plots on the park with fields in front and the a view of the sea in the distance. Further more to take advantage of these aspects there is a huge veranda to enjoy the sun all day long.
This lodge has a rear entrance that leads directly into the kitchen where you have all the modern features you could possibly wish for. Also as you walk in there is a small area for hats and coats and a separate WC. The kitchen itself has a lovely breakfast bar with state of the art drop lighting and the floor has lighting all around the bottom of the storage units. There is an eye level oven and grill together with dishwasher and washing machine, there is tons of storage in this beautiful modern kitchen.
As you walk from the kitchen you take advantage of the wonderful views of the field and the sea directly in front of you. The bedrooms to this lodge are either end of the lodge and both are spacious and have separate en-suites. The dining room table and chairs are all free standing with once again a lovely light fitting above. There is ample seating in the lounge together with a warm air fire as you can see from the actual pictures of this lodge.
Having the bedrooms either end of the lodge gives you so much more privacy for when friends might want to visit especially having their own bathrooms. Also as there are no lodges in front of you when you open the doors and windows in the lounge it lets the sea air sweep through the whole lodge absolutely idyllic.
