You will earn a guaranteed fixed return of 6% of the purchase price per annum, paid monthly for the next 10 years, with up-to 4 weeks personal usage for you and the family.

Ongoing costs -

Personal usage -

As part of the fixed return investment agreement, you are entitled to use your lodge for either 4 weeks "off peak" (school and bank holidays).
