Norfolk has recently been rated third in the country for pensioner wellbeing – this is largely down to the fresh sea air, thriving countryside and idyllic way of life that Norfolk offers its residents. On top of this, Norfolk is one of the safest counties in the UK, with only 45.5 crimes annually per thousand people – the 4th lowest rate in the UK.
Mundesley Holiday Village is the perfect location to enjoy all the benefits of owning a second home by the sea, whist being in close proximity to the city of Norwich. But why should you choose a retirement holiday home by the sea…?
Vacationing by the coast has many health benefits; the clean sea air can benefit your health, and you are more likely to spend more time outside if you are by the sea. Whether you are strolling along the beach, or taking advantage of one of the numerous Norfolk nature trails, you are more likely to stay active and live a longer and happier life.
Research has shown that being surrounded by beautiful sea views and countryside can help you to de-stress and relax. If you are relaxed and surrounded by beauty and comfort, then your overall quality of life and wellbeing will be extremely high.
Mundesley Holiday Village makes it even easier than ever to own a second home – on top of the great finance plans available, we also take away all of the effort involved with owning a holiday home. Mundesley Holiday Village takes care of all the grass cutting, grounds keeping, bin collections, security, gas deliveries and all other general park maintenance.
Furthermore, Mundesley Holiday Village gives you the freedom to stay at your holiday home whenever you wish during the 12 month open season, but it is not a residential park and you cannot live there permanently. All owners must be registered at a permanent address other than the holiday village. All of our homes have a 100 year license to protect their future values. We also run monthly social events for our home owners, creating a sense of community; creating a home away from home.
Mundesley is situated on the North Norfolk coast, close to Cromer, and is a short drive from the city of Norwich; an area rich in heritage and history. You may find yourself taking a trip to explore the unique market stalls, Norwich Castle Museum, the cobbled Norwich Lanes, and much more.
